By launching, playing, or otherwise using Balloon Burst ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Game.

02 License to Play

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and play the Game for your own non-commercial entertainment. This license does not include any right to:

• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Game.
• Modify, decompile, or reverse-engineer the Game's code.
• Use the Game's content, assets, or branding in any other product.

03 Game Content

All visual elements, sounds, characters, gameplay mechanics, text, and code in the Game are the property of their respective creators and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. No in-game item or score has any real-world monetary value.

04 Fair Play

You agree to play the Game in a fair and lawful manner. You will not:

• Use cheats, exploits, automation tools, bots, or unauthorized third-party software.
• Attempt to interfere with the Game's normal operation or compromise its security.
• Use the Game in any way that could harm other players or third parties.

05 No Real-Money Gambling

Balloon Burst is a casual entertainment experience. It does not involve real money, real prizes, or any form of gambling. Scores and achievements are purely for fun and have no cash value.

06 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Game will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.

07 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the creators of the Game shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Game — including loss of progress, data, or device performance.

We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the Game at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms occasionally; the "Last updated" date will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Game after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
